GARANTEES & RETURNS

Our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the registered date of purchase, unless another type of guarantee is expressly specified.

The guarantee is constituted by the repair, verification of operation and return to the customer of the product object of a claim made within the period of 30 days. The guarantee does not consider return and refund of money to the customer. The guarantee will be applicable as long as the product has been used correctly, appropriately and under normal conditions of use of the product in question. Inappropriate, abusive, abnormal use, modifications of the original characteristics, blows, mistreatment, etc., will void the guarantee. In this last scenario, the products could be repaired by us, at the expense of the user or customer. Always and in any case, the shipping costs will be paid by the user or customer.

All sales are final and definitive, therefore returns are not accepted within any time frame.
